of an Action Plan/Business Plan that provides
association leaders with:
 Who is assigned to work on the objective (committee, task force, individual, more)
 When the objective is expected to be accomplished
 What is the related budget if any
 Status updates
 A sample template for the participant’s use
A plan without actionable objectives and related tactics will sit on the shelf and gather dust.
