Minnesota REALTORS ®  is looking for a Chief Executive Officer who is member-focused, enthusiastic, empathetic, visionary, innovative, and a strong team builder who understands the importance of diversity and inclusion. The ideal candidate will have strong competencies in staff management, advocacy oversight, strategic and business planning, and building external relations with NAR, local and state REALTOR® associations, as well as other key stakeholders and strategic partners.

Strong communication skills and public speaking experience are musts for the successful candidate along with the ability to support, empower and evaluate staff. Understanding good governance is key. Adaptability to changing trends and communicating those to membership and staff is important to stay on top of the business.

The candidate must have either a college degree or commensurate education and/or experience. An RCE or CAE is preferred. Six-plus (6+)years of senior-level or executive management experience is preferred and strongly prefers REALTOR® or other association experience.
